Used to sleep on my stomach for 55 years. Now with this bag I have to try sleeping on my back. After a year I still can’t get used to it. So I go to bed tired and wake up tired.

Keep pushing forward with courage — you will recover very soon, InshaAllah. I also had colon cancer. It was diagnosed in April 2025, and from that day a whole new chapter of my life began. I got my treatment done from Shaukat Khanum Hospital Peshawar — chemotherapy, surgery, and then an ileostomy was created. After six months, the ileostomy was reversed. By the grace of Allah, my reports came back completely normal. Alhamdulillah, right now it says "No evidence of malignancy." I'm doing well now.

No entiendo 6 horas Yo todos los días mi descarga son cada 6 horas jamás me a dolido el estómago almuerzo a las 12 mi descarga es como a las 5 a 6 horas después igual que en la cena cada 5 horas después descargo. Deberían de beber 2 litros de agua todo los días
