Recipe ↓ ■ INGREDIENTS: • whole watermelon - 1 small (about 4 kg / 9 lb) • lemon juice - 1/2-3/4 cup (120-180 ml) • Sprite (or any lemon-lime soda) - 2-3 cups (480-720 ml) • ice - 2-3 cups Optional: • mint • a bit of honey or sugar (if needed) ■ HOW TO COOK: 1. Wash the watermelon really well. 2. Slice off the top (like a lid). 3. Use a hand blender and blend everything directly inside the watermelon until fully liquid. 4. Pour the juice through a strainer to remove pulp and seeds. 5. Pour the strained watermelon juice back into the watermelon shell. 6. Add lemon juice, ice, and Sprite. 7.
