Just a friendly tip! 😊 Baking soda and vinegar actually cancel each other out when used together, so you lose the benefits of both. Baking soda is great for helping remove pesticide residues, while vinegar can help reduce some bacteria—so it’s better to use them separately (like a baking soda soak, then rinse, then vinegar soak, then rinse). Love the idea of cleaning fruit though! 🫶

If it was stainless steel, I would buy it. The fact that it is plastic means that I will not purchase it. I refuse to have forever chemicals in my home.

Or, dump fruit on a dish towel, wipe out the store container, and put them back in the store container. Add a paper towel to the bottom of the store container to improve efficacy. For spinach/greens, do the same, and store the veg upside down (lid on bottom).

Mixing vinegar and baking soda to wash fruit is ineffective because the two ingredients neutralize each other.
