The build: The glow is an emissive material pushed through a bloom pass, only the bright gold edges blow out into that halo, so it reads as molten light instead of a flat orange line. The structure assembling itself is animated geometry, you reveal the wireframe edge by edge over time so the building draws into existence rather than just appearing. The embers drifting up are a particle system with additive blending, overlapping sparks add up brighter so they glow like real cinders. The liquid pour and dissolve underneath is a custom fragment shader driven by noise and time, that hand written shader work is what separates an award site from a template. One single gold accent on near black is the whole palette, that restraint is what makes it feel like a luxury fund.
