@plumbingdoctors: Turned up for a routine CP12 at a property I’ve been attending for 5+ years… same tenants, no issues last year. Thought it would be straightforward 👀 Until I checked the cooker 😳 Easily one of the worst I’ve seen — thick grease, oil everywhere, and signs of incomplete combustion. Dangerous. Tenants asked if they could clean it… but no — capped it off and informed the landlord.
