if its a package holiday its up to the tour operator to refund u. if u book separately then its up to the hotel to refund u as a good will gesture, u will not be able to claim off your travel insurance! I work in travel insurance and the amount of people who think tbey can claim is unbelievable, people dont read their policy terms and conditions!
