I heard about the second story of the most intelligent person, despite being able to comprehend almost anything regarding science, literature, math, philosophy, it was incredible that despite being so smart, he was depressed because no one could challenge his intellect, it was impressive about one of his stories that he just enter the public library to read about anything just in Portuguese and next day he passed the test for actually learning portuguese language, so he learn a whole new language in less than 24 hours

According to the legend: The second face couldn’t eat or speak normally But it could supposedly smile, cry, and even “whisper” to him It was said to cause him severe distress Here’s the important part though — this is not a medically confirmed real case. It comes from old 1800s stories and is widely believed to be a myth or exaggerated tale, not proven fact. There are rare real conditions where: A person can have duplicated facial features Or conjoined twins where one face is underdeveloped But nothing exactly like the dramatic “two fully expressive faces” story. So short answer: 👉 The “two-faced man” you’re thinking of is a legend, not a verified real person.
