I would like to know how you’re doing now! I’ve had chronic coccyx pain for 6+ years after giving birth. I’ve had numerous blocks, ablations, physio, chiro, and 2 PRP injections. I’m considering removing it but I’m scared of the healing process and the possibility of it not helping.

I had a traumatic tailbone injury from jumping 30 ft into water. My coccyx is now hyper mobile at the sacrococcygeal joint (the joint between the sacrum and the coccyx). So it’s unstable now and causes me pain. I am looking into surgery to have the tailbone removed. How have you been since having it removed?
