I love my my SKG. Use a Tens Gel. It will stay moist and you will get the full benefit of the manager. Then wipe off after your sessions. I put the gel direct to my skin OR on the actual metal contacts. Dont use Water will dry out and bite your skin when it dry. Use Tens Gel. You will love it!
