I soak them with vinegar and water , dried them on a towel then put them in a covered bowl with paper towels on the bottom of the bowl and one on top of the berries. They last a very long time

Vinegar and water bath. Pull the green tops off. Then add baking soda to create a CO2 reaction to remove extra debris for super shiny and bright berries. Place on a rack over the sink to air dry on all sides. Line a container with paper towels to absorb moisture when storing in the fridge.

if you put them in water with vinegar for a few minutes, they’ll last twice as long as usual. The vinegar works the same way as when you pickle things, because when you’re pickling your preserving the fruit or vegetable.

Christina Alexandra :
I wash in baking soda and they always last at least a week. The trick is to pull off the greens before washing (don’t cut!), let them air dry, and store them in an airtight container. This works for all berries.
