Ingredients Brownies * 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) butter * 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar * 3/4 cup brown sugar * 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder * 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted * 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk * 1 tablespoon cornstarch * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract * 3/4 cup all-purpose flour * 1 teaspoon salt * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Ganache Topping * 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream * 1 cup chocolate chips * 1 tablespoon butter Topping * Rainbow candy-coated chips (cosmic brownie style) Instructions * Preheat oven to 325°F * Line a pan with parchment paper * In a large bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar * Microwave for 2 minutes, stir, then another 30 seconds until fully melted * Immediately whisk in cocoa powder and melted chocolate until smooth. Let mixture cool slightly * Add eggs + yolk one at a time, whisking well after each * Continue whisking 30 seconds until glossy. Mix in cornstarch, vanilla, salt * Stir in flour until just combined * Fold in vegetable oil * Pour into prepared pan * Bake 20–25 minutes * Heat heavy cream in microwave 1 1/2 minutes. Pour over chocolate chips + butter * Let sit 3 minutes, then stir until smooth * Let brownies cool slightly * Pour ganache over top and spread evenly * Sprinkle candies & Let cool 30–60 minutes until ganache is set * Slice and serve #momvlog #BakeWithMe #Vlog
