You inspired me to start lifting weights when I came across your page while you were pregnant with the twins. As a mom of five it’s not always easy, but I’m still going. I’m 40 and yet stronger than ever. I used to struggle with back pain all the time. Not anymore. I lift at home so I’ve been very slowly adding weights one in order not to hurt myself and two because they’re expensive. My heaviest weight is at 195lbs now. Well over my own weight. I’m going to do my best to not be a frail old lady! I feel amazing.
