Officer violated the law by reaching into vehicle without authorization to arrest based upon the issue. He should've just wrote another ticket.

some cops carry big chips I've always said cops are 2 different kinds of people those who got bullied and now are bullies or their bullies still want to bully I've only came across 1 cop my whole life that I came across that I really felt the compassion all others are already convince on their judgement b4 getting all information . And assholes need to stop being races I feel he was being a ass more or less because of her additude but she could be like that from cops coming across a black person with their high all mighty tone im conflicted with this😳😏😳😏
