Mine does that when he’s mad. Usually when I have to travel for a few days or if we deviate from his routine. My dog has a routine 😭😭😭

Maybe one is mad. When mine is mad she pees on the bed of the person who pissed her off. So no one honks her butt anymore. We have had zero pee issues since we stopped. Good luck figuring out what pisses them off and sorry if it’s cause you leave.
