Harrods def give you more for your money. I also completely agree about aspirational clientele. They also changed their policy for the vip membership to continually have a min spend of 10k annually. I’m like who wants to spend 10k each year with you guys! The space is giving Soho house. I enjoyed the privilege for 1yr to have a sofa and glass of champagne then they reset my status at end of yr.

Definitely agree with the cash back in Harrods but I wish they didn’t renew it every year , spent a decent amount in Harrods on high jewellery and couldn’t even use the cash back which was a shame 😭 personally the staff in Selfridges, especially when it comes to fine jewellery are a lot better and that’s what draws me to Selfridges - the experience is always better!
