Bella what does “having a good time alone” look like for you? Because I feel like having external stimulation like (going on social media, or being somewhere fun) is a bit of a cheat code for having fun alone- as most of the time we get so distracted that we forget we’re alone and get fully immersed in the experience itself and that to me sounds less like sitting with myself
