When you posted the original video of these I saved it and have made the recipe 3 times. The first video you say to mix the dough with the dough hook for 10 mins, and then there is no instructions to rise for an hour, it just jumps to cutting into 8 parts, rolling into balls and resting 30 mins. My dough is undermixed by following that recipe, and this second one says to only mix for 5 mins and then rest for an hour. Will mixing for less time but resting allow my dough to settle so that I can make nice fluffy buns instead of the lumpy frankenbuns that the first video gets me? Help 😅

I can't bake! The dough was super wet, would not incorporate with the dough hook, came out wet, stuck to my hands, went in the trashcan. Now I'm On my way to ShopRite to buy some buns from someone who can actually do this.

These came out so good! I made mine slightly bigger (150g each bun) so I got 6 out of this recipe. I also used bread flour instead of all purpose. They are so soft and fluffy!
