@exotic.pet.vet: You won’t believe what came out of this chicken’s eye! 🐓🔍 This sweet girl came to the hospital with a massive swelling that had been progressing for months. What looked like a simple “eye problem” was actually a buildup of caseous debris, or firm pieces of pus that are common in avian infections. 👀 With some sedation, careful manual removal of the pus, and antibiotics and pain meds to go home, she was on the road to recovery! ⚠️ Friendly Reminder: Please don’t try this at home!
