okay i need to vent. i've spent SO much money on manifestation stuff over the years. courses, fancy journals, crystals, like all of it. hundreds of dollars. nothing changed. coworker lent me The Truth About Manifestation by Daniel Rowe last month and i'm honestly mad. this book costs less than lunch on Amazon and it did more than any course i ever bought. doesn't try to upsell you on anything either. just gives you the truth

I've done the therapy and the shadow work. now it's all about my self concept and who I am in the present moment. I think we get so caught up on what happened to us and who we used to be that we forget you can just choose to not identify with it. we get attached to the old story because we repeated it for so long. the I AM is soooo powerful 🙏🙏🙏
