He’s being sarcastic yall 😭😭 Claude code and ai models in general are literally BEST at binary decomp. Manual binary decomp requires basically hours, weeks of pattern recognition and basically random testing that you slowly narrow down into an injection strategy that gets you the information to compile the binary as if it were from source. The process of pattern match > narrow based off patterns > interpret > iterate is literally how LLMs work 😭😭. For coding I’d give Claude a 6/10 (on a serious, ballroom skating scale). But for binary decomp, library decomp, and op mapping? 9.2/10.

I spend over 4 weeks working on a huge project and at the very end it was having small issues. Claude gave me a poweshell commands to fix it. I didn’t read the command it gave me. It end up erasing my entire projects. 🤦🏾 I went back and saw the commands and it shows it was design to erase the folder with all my codes. It apologized but I couldn’t believe the mistake it made. It caused me countless of ours over 4 weeks
