Problem is yea it may have been a simple traffic infraction but that simple traffic infraction may have been caused because they aren't thinking about driving because they robbed someone or murdered them. You never know. Plenty of traffic stops and pursuits have yielded apprehension of bad people. Everyone be like oh they got the plate when half the time the vehicle is stolen or the driver isn't the registered owner.
