@firefoodfamily: Godshall’s Beef Bacon Chicken Roll-ups are incredibly delicious and you need to try them!🔥 Ingredients: 3 large chicken breasts 1 pack @Godshall’s Beef Bacon 2 blocks cream cheese (softened) 1-2 cans green chilies 6oz shredded cheese Bbq rub Directions: Start off by adding the cream cheese to a bowl along with the green chilies, bbq rub, and shredded cheese. Give it a good mix and set in the fridge while you prep the chicken. For the chicken, trim and cut each breast lengthwise and pound them thin. Next put some of the cream cheese mixture on a piece of chicken and spread it out. Starting with the small end, roll the chicken up. Once you have all the chicken rolled up, wrap in a strip of beef bacon. Set them on a rack and season on all sides with bbq rub or whatever you like. These go in the oven or on the smoker at 250F degrees for 45 min - 1 hour depending on the thickness of the chicken.
