Another dinner idea is burrito casserole. But you use the wraps as layers. You layer it like a lasagna, and than you put your toppings on the top when it's done.

I’m the same with forgetting to thaw the hamburger I saw someone on here use two pans to thaw it quicker you sandwich the meat between them and it thaws quicker! If I find the video I’ll tag you!
