:My favourite part in the entire film...bc it's so humbling. (Btw, I don't usually mind hearing a choir...but why fix it, if it ain't broke. They're drowning the music out & not in tune, especially at the end😕).

Raisedonthefarm :

What an experience

See you there Saturday. Can’t wait 🥰

Craig :

I’m all for it but I’d rather just watch the film 🍿 tbf

Alas for Norgrod and Belegost. Alas for Gundebad. the forges fire is ashen cold, no harp is strung, no hammer falls. but Alas for the loss of Khazad-dûm, for the Dwarrowdelf had no equal. "There stood Khazad-dûm in the days of its glory, ere shadow came forth from the deeps. Vast were its mansions and mighty its halls, and the light of countless lamps was mirrored in stone polished like still water. Long did the people of Durin delve there beneath the roots of the mountains, and neither wealth nor craft nor renown were lacking to them. The sound of their hammers was as a great music in the earth, and the ringing of their anvils went forth through many-pillared ways. Mithril they drew from hidden veins, silver as starlight and dearer than all treasures of kings. Fair was Khazad-dûm above all the dwellings of the Dwarves, and its fame was sung in every land where the tongues of Elves and Men were heard."
