Honestly, I can’t thank you enough for posting this. I started a walking journey and while it’s helping me lose some weight, the first place I’m losing it is my butt and that’s the one thing I really wanted to keep! okay but then what if I physically have trouble getting back up? like what am I lacking in strength or where I mean? its hard to get out of a chair sitting down and getting up . and same with being on the floor and getting up. any advice??
