well the first thing for the housing crisis that you can do is stop making all this low income housing because it doesn't matter how low income it is if you don't have a job. then the second thing you could do would be a lock on increasing rent and going around bernalillo county and these other counties that are suffering and go into the houses that are being rented out by companies like black rock and other places like that and make sure that they're keeping their houses up to code where families are not spending all of their money on utility bills or keeping up the maintenance that the landlord should be and the community would probably do better you're disconnected youth numbers would drop because parents would have a little bit more money and time to spend with their kids to help teach them how to become a good functioning member of society. and the third thing you guys could do is open up more places to work giving these youth a chance to do something other than flip burgers at McDonald's or Burger King will actually provide them with a brighter future if you were to build an activity place you can use round one as an example you could employ a lot of that disconnected youth make it to where Hollywood wants to come back and film here you provide jobs. there are ways to fix these issues you guys just want to continue to overlook it and have it done the way you want which is not conducive with the counties you're wanting to say are in need.
