This really helped me. I had sudden back of R thigh pain today & GNM was spot on for how I felt about a trigger today, especially how tendons only feeling pain during the Healing phase. I held my thigh & told it that we dont have to hold onto to this anymore, we can move on. Within 10 mins the pain was gone!!! 🤯Being Acknowledged released it. Physically moving on will keep the pain gone I know
