Srry to disappoint Individual red blood cells are about 7–8 micrometers in diameter while the human eye can only resolve objects around 50–100 micrometers. So its impossible to see single RBC with the naked eye

I dont think those are individual RBCs but just spaces between oxygenated blood cells.
