Gets rid of all emissions components like Egr dpf def all that bologna and the tune makes your computer think it is all working correctly as it should on top of adding hp (depending on the tuner) mine has a 5 way switch that starts at stock power and increases 50hp each click so +200hp on 5

Basically the dpf and other emissions have been removed(disappeared) and tuned out so it don't flag but does produce more emissions that's why in Europe pre dpf trucks are so popular cause dpfs clog and fuck up too much

Deleting is where you get rid of the def system and install a regular exhaust pipe/muffler and you also get rid of the egr which is horrible for the engine because it is essentially sucking in its own farts (exhaust) and that can wear the engine out faster because that soot that a diesel produces is kinda grainy and will tear things up. The tune is to tell the computer that everything if fine and not throw it in limp mode, you can also add horsepower or things like a “tow tune “
