for anyone that wants to know: if you buy edible lavender, on the stove top add one cup of water to one cup of sugar and some sprigs of lavender. bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes. then remove the sprigs and you have homemade lavender simple syrup rather than whatever this atrocity is
