But what to do to get that 7-8 hours of sleep. My whole life...I wake up at 3 every morning. 🥴😞 That's why I had it made in the Army...I was always the first one up and morning PT was easy. I stop eating at 3 (I've cut out sugars and processed food) and I walk my pup at 5 pm. I go to bed at 7. I fall asleep at 9 roughly. I have not been able to fall asleep earlier. AND now...I'm smack in the middle of menopause. It all feels hopeless. 😞
love someone to tell me how to sleep .its not a choice not to sleep

videos are very informative 👌but I'm a postie I was 25000 steps a day 6 days a week but I really eat a lot about 4pm ( salmon and veg for tea) because I only eat cereal bars whilst out walking. I still fast from 5pm to 8am everyday. Any ideas on better foods because before tea i snack on biscuits because I'm starving after work. 😫😫
