Here in Italy big companies use agencies to hire people with "lease" contracts. They can just fire people for any reason, usually with an excuse of production reduction. AI will replace a lot of jobs legally or not.

You can’t fire anybody without probable cause in any normal country with labor laws, maximum those people can do is a lay off with a huge payoff by law, that’s just common sense
