@msboomcheckitout: Okay, so boom, check it out! We visited The Soul Shack on 87th and Ashland in Chicago. Everyone’s been talking about these soul rolls—stuffed with sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, greens, and your choice of jerk chicken or beef—crispy and dipped in a sweet potato sauce. We absolutely loved it. We also tried their peach cobbler tea—honestly, the kids said it just tasted like regular peach tea, nothing special. But that peach mango Kool-Aid? A hit! We’re giving them a full 5 out of 5. We’ll definitely be back to try that jerk chicken next time!
