I was having some of the WORSE headaches I’ve ever had (and I have migraines) the eye clinic I work at, the ladies I work with got me to check my BP and it was high, so they got the doctor to check it and it was 200/108. She said yea you’re leaving and going to the doctors. Got put on BP medicine and had to check it til my next visit. After starting medicine, my BP is down and haven’t had anymore headaches like that.

Garlic is good; Beets/Beet root is too. I’m trying to eat better & exercise so I can hopefully come off some of these meds…..

Everytime I go to the doctor I don’t have a migraine so I can’t prove it’s from my blood pressure but I’m pregnant right now and keep getting so many more migraines and I had blood drawn while I had one the other day and I instantly felt relief after they took like 6 tubes is that weird?

nurse here 15 plus years and ur right 💯💯💯 I have very high BP uncontrollable they say I'm on 7 dif meds and I take them daily mine spikes high and it feels like my head is gonna come off
