I feel this- dads gone 9 years this year from brain cancer, mum was 2 years ago and I just can't listen to the music but I force myself to it's like exposure therapy and when I cry it's so refreshing and almost healing. My mum and dad were the same - amazing taste that got passed down - matchbox 20, guns n roses, bon jovi, mariah carey it's all stuff that brings me back to that awful moment. Your dad would be so proud x
