Jurors heard about Sean Gathright allegedly cleaning out his car, officers tracking a black Chevy Impala, and Davion Murphy singing and dancing in the interrogation room before being questioned and photographed. The jury also heard from the medical examiner, who testified that Charles Jones died from gunshot wounds and that the manner of death was homicide. Jones, known as Julio Foolio, was killed in Tampa in June 2024 while celebrating his birthday. Four defendants, Isaiah Chance, Sean Gathright, Rashad Murphy, and Davion Murphy, are on trial and have pleaded not guilty. #TrueCrime #Courtroom #Trial
