I think it entirely depends on the next 3 episodes. If they manage to wrap it up in a satisfying way then great, this'll go down as a fun character building episode, but if the ending feels in any way rushed then episodes 4 and 5 will go down as a massive waste of time. Both episodes contain a bunch of fluff and could easily have been half as long.

people want action, if an episode doesn't have a lot of action it won't have a high rating, just look at Invincible, yeah it's really good but no episode should've been higher then the finale of season 1

I didn’t understand the point of doing multiple POVs (one of them being from a dog) in this episode. What did it add exactly? Was so strange to introduce this concept into the episode and do nothing with it.
