I’m finding that acceptance is key. Just allowing to be what is. I am trying to train myself to release my attachments even including my concern for my children’s paths and to relinquish my fear of death. If there is any path or condition which involves not taking part in this realm again after I pass, my whole purpose is to be mentally and emotionally uncluttered so that I have what I imagine to be the best potential to take it or become it. My reality between allowing to be in the moment and training to be when the moment is something akin to the novice in The Matrix in the land of the real who knows there is no spoon that can be any shape but can only beat it into any other shape.
