Tried both.total agree codex done a way better job for a medical app I built. Claude and limits even for a paid version sucked.

You can just run Claude Code with the allow-all flag, you know. If you prefer Codex, more power to you, but let's be clear, all these examples are things Claude does too.

I have Claude, Codex, Zai, Antigravity and Cursor. Codex might be better, more capable but to compare Claude or Codex. Maaan, any ai is not even close at reasoning. Building plans, detailed and meaningful. So If I will need to choose I always go with Claude

For me in the moment Codex for $20 does as much work as Claude for $100 - love Claude - but they messed up on April - so I gave ChatGPT another chance- it is absolutely worth it.
