i took antidepressants today for the first time and i feel normal i think? like i don’t feel the constant sadness and emptiness anymore but i don’t feel like happy, just normal. it’s possible im gaslighting myself into thinking im better but i dunno

same. I have adhd and a very bad depression right now. I can tell you I basically need medication just to live. all I have right now is alprazolam and I can't function at all.

I started sertraline 50mg and it changed my life however I do therapy on the side and that’s helped me with the root cause :) I do feel I can come off the meds with therapy.
