I have fruit at the end of the night if I have a sweet tooth. Fruit Riot has frozen grapes, pineapples, and mango with a sour coating. I also have Tru Fruit. They have chocolate or yogurt covered frozen fruit. If in season I have mango with Tajik.

Breakfast quesadillas, tuna, shrimp, egg whites, protein shakes and cottage cheese are easy high protein. I don’t limit anything veggies eat them in volume. Moderate carbs weight training and cardio 3/4 days a week each. Photos and measure plus patience scale once a week only.

omg i've been using Cal AI too and was so shocked when it actually got my weird homemade stir fry right. i had to adjust the amount of soy sauce i used lol but still, so cool. tbh i mostly rely on the food database and barcode scanner for store-bought stuff to be more accurate.

Try only vegetable meals, fruit, and water for 2 weeks to a month. It basically helps to reset your body. I am currently 6 days in and my stomach went down tremendously!
