everyone in Toronto already knows the layout of that house style. the floor plan is split into four quadrants. When you enter, there will be a hallway* and staircase in front of you (staircase hugging the right wall). there is no closet. there's a room to the left and sometimes the wall separating the hallway and that room is removed for a more open concept. in the back are two more rooms, the one on the right with the staircase leading to the basement and an exit to the back. this is where the plumbing is and, in a house would be a kitchen. When we go upstairs at the top of the stairs there will be a bathroom and a few rooms on the left hand side. if we come down the hallway back towards the front of the house, we'll see another staircase that brings us up to the third floor. on the third floor, there'll be at least two rooms and possibly an entrance to a rooftop terrace in the back
