this also happened to me, BA/AA from Charlotte to LHR. The "missing" bag was the first one out on the carousel. Had me nervous the whole flight for no reason 😭

Happened to me. Called British Airways, they said 24-48 hours, I said no, you actually have 2-4 hours. I don’t care if you have to call the king’s personal plane to get it to Larnaca. Got it by 10 AM🙂

Went skiing with my dad and family friends a few year ago, we got off the plane, waited for the bags and it turns out they not only didn’t load our friends skis on the plane but they didn’t even realise they hadn’t, they had to fly them out then taxi them to our hotel 2 hours from the airport the next morning
