As the father of a child with HEDS I remember carrying my daughter to A&E with a dislocated hip which went back after an 8 hour wait only to be told that it would take a car crash to dislocate a hip. She pops it back about once every few months, but no car crash!

EDS girlie here, chronic lower back issues, like my SI joint “dislocates” and stays out of alignment for days or even weeks at a time. That combined with my dodgy dislocating hips and my scoliosis and disc issues is what I assume hell feels like

I’ve not had a full dislocation thankfully but I get constant subluxations and can’t sleep in certain positions without risking my shoulder popping out.(I have ehlers danlos syndrome,Hypermobile type and possible vascular type)
