girl just started the gel. 2 pumps every night. its been around 3 weeks. I dont have progesterone as I have a marina coil. 2 years of utter suffering . now I have actually got some sleep. body felt like I was in a spiders ut with the itching. ladies sometimes we have to admit we need help. totally with u on this 🙏🥰

I went on HRT at 42 on the patch as well. Started with the gel but didn’t get on with it. It’s really helped chill me out . I wasn’t given the progesterone as I have the mirena coil. Might see if I can have that as well because my sleep still isn’t 💯 x
