Guys there are so many cool food stalls at the festival, BUT it’s RAMMED - even on a Friday. Like, no room to move and super long queues to get in. I’m so happy for you Rollin that it’s been such a roaring success, but please ticket it next time /add time slots - I had to leave because it’s too busy to be pleasant

Releasing tickets at 1am is so ridiculous I’ve been waiting for this event for ages and I can’t even go. I’m happy for the success but I’m absolutely gutted and i booked a train ticket in advance

Guys yall gotta cut him some slack, the fact that the event happened and blew up to unexpected proportions is a miracle to our Korean culture in London. He isn't wanting to have the long queues obviously or even a ticketing system but it's a response to unexpected traffic. Give Rollin some grace, it's the first iteration, I'm sure he's already frustrated/stressed with the same things you lot are complaining about, and we just wait for next year to be a smoother implementation

Could have told us that Sunday / Monday was TICKETED !!!!!!! And tickets went on sale at midnight? Are you kidding me? How were we supposed to know.. and now we’re unable to get in for Sunday OR Monday because all the tickets are gone. Love what you’re trying to do but this is London, of course it was going to be packed… disappointing as hell as I was really looking forwards to this.

Was there today and the only feedback for next time is to book a bigger place. Or for Granary Sq to give you more space because the location is ideal. That would defo help with people moving around and potentially get more vendors so you have more choice, and chances, of getting the food you want with less wait time. It was a lovely atmosphere even though it was rammed. Was great talking to you briefly and congrats on an extremely successful event. The food vendors were spot on.

Honestly travelled from Brum and planned to visit with my sisters and mum only to get here on Sunday and it be ticketed randomly from 1 am I understand you have to manage crowds and what not but even a TikTok post to let people know what’s going on vs landing here and being so suprised after talking it up for over a month - beyond disappointed honestly

It’s absolutely ridiculous to put last min tickets, people have come from far for this and without even announcing it , it’s absolutely unfair, train tickets are expensive

You’re gonna need a MUCH bigger venue, more vendors and more days! Maybe a ticket system to account for the numbers. We got in on Friday evening but there was no food left!

I just got back from it and honestly I was excited to go. But sadly I only ended up eating dumplings and churros. Nothing Korean or from the main market. The queues were so long and the space was super cramped we could barely move. Maybe a bigger space and a bit more crowd management would be good

I was there today unfortunately we waited 3hr unfortunately the Ho Ho was sold out and the ques were insane, you definitely need bigger space and more food . congratulations on your 1st festival 👏

Pls make it ticketed and time slots. Also maximum queues for stalls. I saw more queues then stalls. Also a reach but free water stations/ bottle would be nice as it got very stuffy. Like hydration station

I went on Saturday and I loved it! Having followed the process for the past few months I was really proud to see how many people it reached :) I’ll be back next year and look forward to seeing how it evolves 🤞🏽

It was amazing,food were authentic! But the queue was a nightmare😅 and even though it was early most of the stalls were sold out ! A proof that it was a success! Congratulations!🎉 p.s. thank you for the free seaweed chips you gave me since we've been waiting on the line for the food stalls for a long time, very thoughtful 😊 More korean food stalls and definitely a bigger place next time. Looking forward to your next festival 🍡🥙🥘

It was a long journey to get to the market. I arrived at 6:00pm, still many people were inside of the market however I was told that I cannot enter because the market is closed. On Instagram it says that they close at 7 pm. There were no updates and announcements. Very disappointing.
