Yes, I remember when I was anxious. I used to be very chaotic and I needed more people in my life. Now that I have found my inner piece or shall I say built my inner piece, because it’s built, brick by brick, every day you choose what not to give your reaction to and then this place, peaceful place inside of you becomes your home, your rescue and your core. And when you see other people who are in chaos because you can easily detect them, you just gonna feel sad or sorry for that because they want what you have, peace.
