I used to be able to kind of...heal some pains by touching people or read minds at times... but my trauma now keeps me from connecting to people in that way. That is a part of me I miss, but it also keeps me at peace.

I remember how old I was the last time I experienced anything!!! I was 15yr old. My grand-mère came to me in a dream the day she passed. I have had A LOT of prolonged childhood trauma. I want to find my gifts again 🖤

before you even mentioned the therapist thing I was like yeah my therapist tried to contact it.... sooo yeah I had a therapist like 5 years back and he told me to close my eyes and look deep inside myself and find the person within... I did it and came across a little girl. little me who has been hiding bc she was scared that mom would be mad. he told me to let her out and it scared the hell out of me. I only had 6 free visits and couldn't finish everything that he was trying to do and I wish I could have. but therapy is expensive yall!

My whole life people would tell me I am too sensitive. At 51, started realizing I could sense someone’s energy as soon as they are in the room. Or house. I don’t even have to look at them. It’s a feeling. You sense it and you feel it. Once I started noticing that I’ve really been more and more aware of it. My issue is blocking them from my energy so if somebody has really bad energy or chaotic energy or anxious, I have to put up walls and or try to physically get away from them.
