Eren isn’t a complex character, and the ending proves it. What’s actually complex is the Attack Titan itself its rebellious nature and its ability to see the future. That’s what shaped Eren’s path and caused his suffering, because he had to witness how his own beliefs, combined with that power, would lead to a horrible outcome. Eren even admits it to Armin in the Paths he calls himself an idiot who just happened to gain incredible power. To me, the Attack Titan’s nature is what led it to someone like Eren someone driven by rage and a false sense of freedom. He didn’t rise above it, he embodied it. And that’s the point: if Eren were truly complex, he wouldn’t have been such a perfect match for it.

Salut je suis désolé mais je trouve qu’Eren est Tess bien travaillé c’est un personnage très complet qui a ça propre philosophie de vie mais pour autant je ne le trouve pas si complexe car en réalité son objectif reste assez basique. Pour donne un exemple je trouve que des personnages comme LeLouch ou pour reprendre ton édit Bojack son bien plus complexe à définir car il chancelle, de notre point de vue entre le bien et le mal
