Neuro gum is just… mainly placebo effect tbh. The caffeine isn’t going to help if you drink a lot of coffee/energy drinks. The vitamins are nothing special, common in food. Vitamin B12 is in the gum is advertised for energy, when in reality if you’re deficient in it, you have higher risk for anemia and neuropathy. Vitamin B6 deficiency is also linked with anemia, but too much of it on daily basis can also lead to neuropathy. The L-Theanine dosing is too low for it to have beneficial effects in clinical studies. Generally 200-400mg per day is what you’d need to consume to see results, though placebos haven’t been ruled out. At that point, you might as well take a multivitamin, take a L-Theanine supplement, and drink a cup of coffee, and eat a decent portion of protein to offset a caffeine crash.
